Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order - all deliveries require a signature

If the courier gets no answer they will normaly leave a card and you will have to call DHL to re-arrange delivery on 0870 24 00 555

You will be asked to choose your delivery method by postcode at the checkout screen, the weight is automaticaly calculated.

 if you select the wrong delivery postcode cost then we will contact you and inform you of the error, if the delivery should be more then the quoted cost your order will not be processed until we have agreed the cost with you.

Standard Delivery is usuialy 2-3 working days this does not include weekends and national bank holidays.
Returns
All items that are returned must be in ALL of their original packaging and unopened within 14 Days of purchase.
Items ordered in error by customer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned at buyers cost.
The Free Delivery Special offer will not apply to any replacement sent out.
