YuasaBatteries.co.uk is run by, The Battery Shop UK LTD
Here at the battery shop we specialise in batteries, we sell batteries and battery accessories, we also manufacture and assemble battery packs, to the public and trade.
A range of our batteries are now available to buy online, an even greater range is available in our shop, if you cannot see the battery you require online please contact us.
Shopping online
Just browse our shop and click on the “add to cart” button and the item will be added to your order, on the shopping cart page you can easily remove and change the quantity of the items.
The contents of your Shopping Cart can be viewed at any time by clicking the “View Cart” towards the top of the screen.
The methods you can pay by are :
- Payment by Visa, Master Card, Solo, Maestro, Switch using our online payment service.
- Or you can “Call us with Payment Details” – If you do not wish to pay online, call our Free Phone number: 0800 783 4396 and we can take your payment details over the phone.
- If the item you ordered is not in stock or is no longer available, you will be contacted with the expected delivery date or option to cancel.
Delivery
We can deliver to mainland England all items are sent by either 1st class recorded post or courier and will require a signature.
If the First Delivery Attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be held at the carriers depot where it can be Collected, further delivery attempts will incure an extra charge.
Please contact us for delivery prices for places outside England as their may be a surcharge, this includes Ireland, Scottland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, and other islands surrounding England.

Next Day Delivery Does not include weekends and national bank holidays.
Please allow up to 5 working days for any delivery.
PLEASE NOT ORDERS 90KG-250KG WILL BE SENT ON A PALLET
Bulk, valuable, larger items, and all orders over 750g are sent by courier.
Returns
All items that are returned must be in ALL of their original packaging and unopened within 14 Days of purchase.
Items ordered in error will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned at buyers cost.
The Free Delivery Special offer will not apply to any replacement sent out.
Warranty
Please contact us before sending or returning any product.
All Warranties must be sent back to "The Battery Shop, 46 Manchester Road, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN1 2AG"
Any warranty given will cover manufacturing faults.
Warrantys are made void if the battery has failed due to misuse such as: it has been used on the incorrect application, physically damaged, damaged due to being over-discharged, damage due to being over-charged or charged incorrectly.
All Warrantys are down to the disgression of management.

Unwanted items must be returned in saleable condition and complete unopened original packaging for a full refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
